Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to love Amavoy! If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Unopened boxes

You can return unopened boxes of Amavoy within 14 days of delivery. The cans must be in their original, sealed packaging and unused.

Opened or part-used boxes

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or refunds for boxes that have been opened, even if only some cans were used.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email us at hello@amavoy.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit as quickly as possible.

 

Return shipping

Unless the item is damaged, faulty, or we made an error, you’ll be responsible for the cost of returning items.

 

Store credit

If you’d prefer store credit instead of a refund, let us know when you contact us.
